Yes. On the Agency plan, Dorik branding is removed from the builder, the client dashboard, email notifications, and all documentation. You replace it with your logo, colors, and agency name. Clients log in and see your brand — not ours. If they Google the platform they're using, they won't find Dorik unless they dig very deep.
How does client billing work? Do I have to use Dorik's billing system?
No. You can charge clients however you want using your own invoicing. Dorik's built-in client billing is an optional feature — it lets you create subscription plans, send invoices, and collect recurring payments via Stripe directly from your dashboard. Dorik takes 0% commission. You set your own prices and keep 100% of what you earn.
Is there really no limit on how many client sites I can build?
Correct. The Agency plan includes unlimited sites. There are no per-site fees, no per-domain fees, and no bandwidth caps. You can manage 3 client sites or 300 — the plan cost stays the same at $99/mo (or $79/mo billed annually).
What happens to client sites if I downgrade or cancel?
You can transfer site ownership to clients before canceling, so they retain access to their site under a separate account. We strongly recommend planning site transfers before any plan changes. Contact our support team — on the Agency plan, you get priority access — and we'll help you manage the transition smoothly.
Can my clients edit their own websites? What can they access?
Yes. You control exactly what clients can do. Assign clients the "Administrator" role for broader access, or create custom roles that limit them to content editing only — so they can update blog posts and collection items without touching layouts, navigation, or design. You set permissions per module: create, read, update, delete.
